Questions candidates ask

Where can I find a free OET practice test?

OET publishes free official sample tests for every profession on oet.com. On this site you can do original Listening and Reading parts online with answers and explanations, and your first full Listening and Reading tests are free without an account.

Are OET practice tests the same for nurses and doctors?

Listening and Reading are the same for all 12 professions. Writing and Speaking use scenarios from your own profession, so nurses write to and talk with the people a nurse would, and doctors the people a doctor would.

How many practice tests should I do before OET?

OET suggests a sample test every two to three weeks, working on weak skills in between. A full timed test under exam conditions in the last fortnight tells you more than many untimed parts.

Can I do an OET mock test with all four sub-tests?

Yes. Our full mock runs Listening, Reading and Writing in one sitting with official timings, and Speaking separately, as in the computer test.
